    Inventory Planner Position

    We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner to optimize our supply chain operations in the retail industry. This role involves managing key supplier accounts and product ranges, as well as ensuring timely delivery of products to our distribution centers.

    Main Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating supplier accounts to optimize ordering patterns and frequency
    • Setting item parameters and analyzing data to improve forecasting results
    • Purchasing products from suppliers to meet inventory and service requirements
    • Planning promotions and replenishments
    • Managing projects
    • Analyzing data and providing reports

    Requirements

    To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

    • A degree in Supply Chain or a related field
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain management
    • Strong product knowledge
    • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Excel and pivot tables
    • SAP knowledge is an advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
