Overview:

This is a critical role in a very fast paced organization, serving many hi tech retail stores throughout South Africa.

The margins for error are very small and therefore there is a great deal resting on the individual in this position.

Very effective management of processes and people is going to be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Operations Teams including:
Telesales
Procurement
Forward Logistics
Reverse Logistics
Repairs Division
Put in place SLA's and KPI's to achieve operational requirements set out by the organisation
Be able to execute quickly and move resources to achieve ad hoc short term requirements
Build a world class team (looking after global technology and consumer brands)
Manage stock at all stages of the process
Manage 3rd party warehouse
Manage both Freight Forwarders and Local Logistics Partners
Monthly billing for both Warehouse and Courier Partners
Demonstrated strong ability to lead daily operations and work on multiple initiatives, at the same time in an FMCG environment
