    Description

    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Administrator to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless network operations across our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Maintain user accounts, system configurations, and IT security protocols.
    • Support IT infrastructure, including backups, antivirus, and software licensing.
    • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, GSM).
    • Maintain IT asset registers and assist with system upgrades.
    • Train users on new software and technology updates.
    • Provide remote and on-site IT support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 23 years of IT support experience in a similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and IT systems.
    • Grade 12 / Matric (Mandatory)
    • Valid Drivers Licence (compulsory) older than 1 year
    • Certificate / Diploma in IT Related Studies / Fields
    • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or other IT frameworks (mandatory).

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Experience with Windows, Office 365, and IT security best practices.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
