Sales Specialist - LV Motors Division

Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for building lasting customer relationships?


Join our team as a Sales Specialist in the LV Motors division and take charge of delivering exceptional customer experiences while effectively resolving their needs and concerns.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our success in delivering customer-centric solutions.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting our comprehensive product offerings to meet their requirements.

Your focus will be on achieving volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units and Product Groups.


Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Promote a comprehensive understanding of our product, system, and service offerings to customers.
  • Align with customers to provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively selling products and systems, demonstrating a resultoriented approach.
  • Conduct regular status reviews and develop recovery plans to address potential order shortfalls.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, fostering knowhow sharing and collaboration.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Monitor customer and market trends, communicating with global or regional teams to receive necessary support for business development.

Your Background:


  • National Diploma / University Degree (Engineering background preferable).
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in sales or engineeringrelated field, showcasing your ability to achieve business results.
  • Proven experience in business development with a track record of acquiring new customers and exploring new markets is preferred.
  • Market and productspecific knowledge of motor products is compulsory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
