Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Admin or Talent Sourcer
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.).
Experience using an ATS or CRM system
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the FinTech, Crypto, Finance, Engineering, Tech or Startup industry is a plus.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific talent requirements and job profiles.
Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and content for various platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and talent landscape changes.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry networking opportunities.
