As the
Branch Manager, you'll oversee the smooth operation of our client's Pretoria branch. Some customer visits may be required, as well as occasional travel to the Edenvale Head Office. Experience in branch management within the FMCG industry is essential, PPE industry experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Implement and Drive Company Vision and Focus
- Build an Effective Team
- Accountable and Responsible for DaytoDay Operations
- Accountable and Responsible for Procurement
- Accountable Responsible for Internal Sales
- Accountable and Responsible for Safety Shack (Retail Store)
- Support External Sales
- Accountable for Warehouse
- Accountable and Responsible for Branch HR
- Build Subject Matter Knowledge
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of organisational procedures and controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have own car and be willing to travel.
- Presentable and located in Pretoria.
