MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Receiving and processing incoming shipments ,ensure data captured on time and being accurate.
Identify descrepacicies when incoming shipment is receiceived
Ensure Inbound process flow is followed and maintained to meet customer KPI
Ensure customer queries and concerns regarding incoming shipments are resolved on time

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and take ownership of operation/s to:
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Inspect products for defects and damages upon receipts of shipment
Organize stocks and maintain inventory
Check, verify and fill customer invoices
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
Send daily Inbound reports to client and DSV Management
Investigations of all Inbound material descripencies
Ensure claims are logged for all incoming shipment descripencies
Ensure JBS parts materials are received correctly and putaway done within agreed SLA time
Adhere to HSE Legal requirements, PPE, of roles and responsibility
Ensure packaging materials and stationery when about to run out report immediately.

In the absence of supervisor lead daily SPQRCE meetings at the start of business day which includes the daily attendance register, discussion of previous day performance and failures, expected target to be achieve for the day.

All feedback should be analyzed and solutions should be presented during meeting.
