    Main responsibilities include:

    1. Financial administration, including budget management, procurement, and reporting.
    2. Academic and student administration, ensuring seamless interactions between staff, students, and service providers.
    3. Committee administration, event organization, and venue management.
    4. General administration, document management, and office operations.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    1. A Grade 12 qualification and a relevant three-year post-matric degree, along with two years of experience in a Higher Education environment.
    2. Experience using university financial and procurement systems, as well as student administration software.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with academics, students, and service providers.
