- Regional Management: Oversee human resources, ensure new employee induction, manage leave planners, oversee casual labor, approve payroll for the region, manage regional headcount, address IR matters, lead the regional team, conduct performance appraisals, coach team members, develop succession plans, champion training and development, foster high-performance teams, conduct weekly management meetings, and monitor team performance.
- Asset Management: Ensure all assets are properly managed and maintained, conduct vehicle inspections, and manage the fleet according to company policy.
- Hand Held Technology (HHT): Monitor reports, update the collage, track priorities, sign off store lists, ensure promotional execution, and complete Shelf Health Scorecards.
- In-Store and Trade Management: Conduct trade visits, ensure review meetings are actioned.
- Returns Management: Report on YTD returns, ensure returns are completed weekly, and report thermally abused stock.
- Call Cycles: Approve call cycles, ensure changes are logged, and guarantee that all sales employees have a call cycle.

The Vector fleet boasts a revolutionary 'multi-temperature' vehicle system, allowing us to cater to diverse business requirements across frozen, chilled, and ambient temperature zones with a single delivery.
Job Objectives
This role involves developing and executing the Vector Business and Principals execution strategies, encompassing sales goals, shelf health management, and personnel management within the region. Additionally, it requires providing tactical and operational leadership to the regional sales team.
Main Responsibilities
Internal: Customer Service Centre, Supply Chain, Customers, Operations Team, NAM's, RSM's.
External: Principals RSM's, Customers Buyers, Franchisee Owners.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required
Education: Degree or Diploma in management, business administration, and/or marketing. Valid Code EB driver's license. 5 to 8 years' experience in a customer and sales force operational role.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of business principles, company economics, sales principles, regional market, and competitors. Proficiency in planning, negotiation, project management, computer literacy, communication, report writing, presentation, interpersonal skills, logical thinking, innovative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking.
