An opportunity exists for a dynamic and energetic self-starter passionate about sales and creating an exceptional experience for clients.

Purpose of role:

Coach clients to achieve a healthy financial lifestyle
Meet monthly sales targets and drive collections
Personal and telephonic interaction with clients (and potential clients)
Build and nurture sustainable relationships with clients and external stakeholders
Build and develop a pipeline of new business. (Leads will be provided. Successful incumbents market Octogen products and services to generate their leads)

Qualifications & Experience:

Debt Review Experience will be an added advantage
2+ years' working experience in a client financial services sales environment
2+ years sales / consulting experience
Good working knowledge of the National Credit Act
Matric / Grade 1
Post matric business related qualifications an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office

Ability to identify challenges and provide appropriate solutions
Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and at least one other official language

Salary:
R5500 for the first 3 months then commission only thereafter:
