Matric.
Proven Technical Sales Experience is required.
Friendly disposition, and ability to work in a team.
Selfstarter, selfmotivated, and goal orientated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Identify new customers through cold calling and following all sales leads using various platforms.
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing new sales channels.
Expand customer base to include resellers.
Maintain frequent contact and build relationships with existing and new customers, architects, developers, contractors, and consultants to continue to promote our products.
Monitor orders to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
Make effective use of Zoho customer relations management and keep info updated.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork including sales orders, quotations, and delivering orders, and submit info in a timely fashion.
When the job is complete, obtain pictures as required.
Team with Office Manager to efficiently handle problems and quickly respond to customer needs.
Participate in the development of marketing materials including website, trade show materials, printed advertisements, article publication, and publicity events.
Support customers with technical product knowledge, product recommendations, product availability, samples, and presentations.
Actively participate in the development of the corporate strategic plan.
Where needed, coach installation crews to maximize productivity while ensuring quality work.
Team with the Credit Department to gather information for new accounts and help collect pastdue accounts.
Actively participate in sales meetings and any training sessions.
Visit existing and prospective customers to build relationships and obtain orders.
