    Job Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leverage your expertise in digital marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals, including a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, encompassing website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
    • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and inform data-driven decisions.
    • Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with external agencies to optimise return on investment.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a diploma in Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
    • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a product-based or distribution environment.
    • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising.
    • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
    • Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.
