Payroll Business Unit Manager to join their busy head office in Durban
1. MANAGE BUSINESS UNIT OPERATIONS**
A. Objectives
- Drive ISO to assist with ensuring ongoing certification.
- Formalise and optimise business unit operations.
- Step into management role, independently managing respective business unit.
1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
A. Objectives
- Identify opportunities to grow the business unit organically.
- Improve customer service and response turnaround time.
LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT
A. Objective**- To ensure strategic alignment by driving KPI's.
- To improve employee engagement by implementing EE initiatives.
- To drive a culture of inclusion and team.
Essential Qualification Required:
- B CoM/Finance Degree or Taxation

- Complete articles
Experience Requirements:

Essential Experience:
- 5 years' experience in Managing a payroll/ Finance department.
Preferred Experience - 5 years' experience gained in the finance department / industry working across Africa
Knowledge and Skills required:

Essential Knowledge
- Familiar with different African countries immigration, payroll, labour and tax regulations.

Essential Skills:
- Financial acumen, adjustments, prepare reports, cash flow preparation, strong computer literacy, MS Suite, verbal, numerical, written, management, leadership, CRM system
