Responsibilities:


  • Controlled & reported product quality parameters
  • Controlled product & production processes
  • Maintained people, plant, machinery and equipment to improve efficiencies
  • Controlled raw material stock levels
  • Ensured safety, health & hygiene
  • Managing a team

Qualifications:

  • Do you have at least 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing / operations environment in FMCG industry
  • Computer skills including SAP and MS Office
  • Production Management/Operations Degree/Diploma
  • Have experience to optimise people, plant, machinery and equipment
  • Have experience in structured stock take and sycle counts including backflushing and adhering to BOM's
  • Have experience in planning staff and materials to achieve production targets as per budget
  • Have you managed a large team before
