    They are looking for an experienced Sales Reps that will continue to grow the profitability of the brand and create value, to even better anticipate, empower and exceed customers' expectations and needs to improve their experience with the brand.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Daily commercial service to identify customers.
    • Control of stock and demand at customers sites and at consignment stores in conjunction with customers and interdepartmental stakeholders (usage, expiry dates, forecasts and ordering).
    • Assist identified customers' personnel in the use of our products, organize and conduct line trails/expand our business wherever possible.
    • Liaise with relevant departments at identified customers internally to ensure all processes are correctly and efficiently controlled. Strict adherence to rules and regulations detailed by our customers for contractors deployed / visiting their property.
    • Preparation of reports as specified by management and identify customers/
    • Achieve monthly sales and profit targets and conduct ongoing pricing reviews in due time to ensure budgeted price / profit levels are achieved and maintained.
    • Actively participate in the agreed strategies of the company.
    • Undertake all necessary actions/service to ensure continuity and growth of our business.
    • Any other law request made by the company.
    • Communicate all specific customers requirements to the correct departments, and adhere to the on an ongoing basis, and ensure compliance to all other aspects of our QMS.
    • Comply with defined environmental and quality procedures and identify / communicate customer environmental and quality requirements and expectations in due time.
    • Participate in meetings at customers and at the company when required and ensure completion of agreed tasks within agreed timeframes.
    • Comply with all EHS activities and strategies and participate actively in our Safety Improver program.
    • Ensure company documentation deployed at our customers is accurate, maintained and updated at all times.
    • Efficient and ongoing communication to Management and internal/external stakeholders to ensure excellent information flow.
    • Maintain customer data on Sales Force platform and update Gains/Losses, opportunities and risk information frequently.
    • Any other reasonable duties that the Sales/Plant Manager sees fit from time to time.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Min Matric with Chemistry and Maths.
    • Post Matric Chemical Degree or Diploma - Preferable
    • Completed basic metal pre-treatment training (Both practical and theoretical) - Advantageous
    • Min 2 years technical sales experience in similar industry.
    • Valid Driver's license

    Package & Remuneration

    R23K to R 55K CTC

    Including vehicle allowance, Fuel card, Pension Fund and commission.
