    Sales Executive

    Join a national and ever-growing market leader in logistics as an external sales representative for their Denver Branch.

    • Main focus areas:
    • New business development through cold calling, retention, and growth of existing business.

    Achieve sales targets by:

    • Structured weekly call planning and call reporting detailing progress on new business development.

    Rewire and grow the customer base in assigned markets by:

    • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Conducting market research and formulating plans to expedite sales.
    • Providing prompt responses to all customer inquiries.
    • Promoting proposals.
    • Assisting in resolving day-to-day customer queries.
    • Positively contributing to customer administration systems.
    • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

    This role requires:

    • Quoting for existing and new business.
    • Customer visits on a monthly basis.
    • Submitting sales reports.
    • Attending monthly sales meetings.
    • Maintaining good working relationships with customers and staff.
    • Monitoring competitor activity.

    Nature of Position

    Sales/Customer Service.

    Qualifications Required

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Sales/Marketing or relevant degree, diploma, or certificate essential.

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Strong sales and account management experience (3-5 years) in a service industry, including on-road sales and cold calling, with a proven track record.
    • Valid Code 8 driver's license.
    • High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel.
    • SAP experience advantageous.
    • Understanding of general business concepts.
    • Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
