    Description

    This role offers a unique opportunity to lead one of the largest FMCG accounts. As the central point of contact, you will work closely with the client team and internal dentsu centers of excellence to deliver integrated communication solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead strategic planning and creative development across all communication disciplines, ensuring a unified approach with partner agencies.
    2. Contribute to the long-term business strategy of the agency on this specific client portfolio, driving growth and revenue opportunities.
    3. Develop and execute key account plans, providing added value to the client through proactive management and solution-focused thinking.
    4. Foster harmonious working relationships both internally and with the client, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
    5. Identify new revenue streams and drive growth, while managing monthly retainer hours to meet client needs.
    6. Resolve issues from day-to-day challenges to complex problems, demonstrating expertise and leadership in project management.
    7. Deliver presentations to large audiences, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
    8. Guide and support an Account Manager on the portfolio, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

    Person Specification

    1. A strong personality with excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, agency partners, and internal teams.
    2. Proven experience in running large FMCG accounts, with a deep understanding of the category/industry.
    3. A strategic thinker who can integrate different communication disciplines to achieve business goals.
    4. Calm, composed, and mature, with a firm yet gracious approach to managing challenging situations.
    5. Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, with a flexible and agile mindset.
    6. The ability to challenge briefs when necessary, using commercial acumen to inform decision-making.
    7. High attention to detail, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
    8. Strong conflict resolution skills, applicable both internally and externally.
    9. A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is eager to get ahead of the curve.
