    Description
    **Job Summary**

    We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to work on a one-to-one basis with patients in their homes or in a facility setting. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the care of adults and children, including those with tracheostomies, elderly patients with dementia, quadriplegic patients, and palliative patients.

    **Key Responsibilities**
    • Provide basic care, assist with personal hygiene, and support with daily activities
    • Administer medications under supervision
    • Document patient condition and progress
    • Monitor vital signs and record
    • Perform wound care and manage tracheostomy feeds
    **Requirements**
    • Diploma as a qualified Enrolled Nurse
    • Strong understanding of treatment plans and communication skills
    • Knowledge of geriatric, paediatric, and dementia care, as well as ventilation and catheter care
    • Ability to prevent pressure sores and infections
    **Working Relationships**

    The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, to ensure seamless care and attention to detail.
