Digital Operations Manager (JB3536)

The Digital Operations Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes within a digital-focused organization.

This role involves managing various digital initiatives, projects, and teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of digital strategies.

The Digital Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance digital processes, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in digital operations, project management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, tools, and trends.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is desirable.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Strategy:

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's digital goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in the digital domain.
Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital operations.


Project Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage project risks and issues, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.


Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of digital professionals, including project managers, analysts, and coordinators.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Process Optimization:

Evaluate existing digital processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Implement best practices and industry standards to drive operational excellence.


Performance Monitoring:

Monitor key performance metrics and analytics related to digital initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, finance, and customer support, to align digital operations with broader business objectives.
Engage with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital projects.


Change Management:

Lead the adoption of new digital tools, technologies, and processes across the organization.
Manage change effectively by communicating benefits, addressing concerns, and providing necessary training.


Risk Management:

Identify potential risks related to digital operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
