Key Performance Area:


  • Answering of the switchboard
  • Conveying messages
  • Filing sales invoices
  • Receipting of stock
  • Keeping the attendance register up to date
  • Welcoming customers / Clients
  • Ensuring good housekeeping in the boardroom at the end of everyday
  • Maintenance of printers, readings, and toners
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Assisting with general cashier duties

Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • At least 2 years working experience as a receptionist
  • Proficient on MS Office Suite
  • Computer literate on Syspro would be an added advantage
  • Of sober habits
  • A stable work record and contactable references
  • A team player
  • Good moral and written communication skills
  • Discretion and trustworthiness having to deal with confidential information
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
