Key Performance Area:
- Answering of the switchboard
- Conveying messages
- Filing sales invoices
- Receipting of stock
- Keeping the attendance register up to date
- Welcoming customers / Clients
- Ensuring good housekeeping in the boardroom at the end of everyday
- Maintenance of printers, readings, and toners
- Performing general administrative duties
- Assisting with general cashier duties
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 1
- At least 2 years working experience as a receptionist
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
- Computer literate on Syspro would be an added advantage
- Of sober habits
- A stable work record and contactable references
- A team player
- Good moral and written communication skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness having to deal with confidential information
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
