    Description

    Main Purpose:

    Our Systems Administration and Integration Development Projects aim to align systems and operational processes, optimize, and streamline our operational processes.

    Key Responsibility Areas:

    • Provide Level 1 support to users in the EMEA region, ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
    • Assist users with Business Applications-related matters.
    • Manage, prioritize, and multi-task to resolve tickets within set SLA and policies.
    • Efficiently log, manage, escalate, and resolve all issues and interactions from inception to completion.
    • Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements for Operational Excellence in IT Service Management.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in delegated areas, providing solutions to various business functions or stakeholders.
    • Contribute to specialized training needs.
    • Engage with stakeholders to propose IT Solutions and improve business flow as required.
    • Update Knowledge Base and provide training and knowledge sharing with end-users where necessary.
    • Lead projects as per assigned timelines and deliverables.

    Knowledge & Experience:

    • Maturity level of Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
    • A minimum of one year working experience in the related field
    • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer literate, with exposure to or willingness to learn about user support, troubleshooting systems and applications
