    About the Role

    As a key member of our marketing team, we seek a dynamic Marketing Manager with expertise in SME marketing and channel marketing. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive demand through strategic marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Commerce.

    Experience:

    • 4+ years in Marketing/Campaign Management role.
    • 1+ years in Team lead/Management role.
    • Experience in healthcare (advantageous) and/or financial services.
    • Min 2 years hands-on experience with Traditional Marketing, Content Marketing, Communications, and PR.
    • Min 1 year hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing.
    • Track record of executing on campaigns and excellent project management ability.

    Responsibilities

    • Defines, aligns, and drives the implementation of partner and solutions marketing strategies. Ensure alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.
    • Develop and execute partner and solutions marketing plans with support from Head of Marketing, through agencies, or by hands-on managing of campaigns.
    • Define, implement, and manage various traditional and digital marketing channels driving awareness and lead generation in healthcare industry.
    • Collaborate with Partnership team to suggest activities improving quality of partner campaigns and content for improved awareness and lead generation.
    • Understand customer journey across all touch points to develop, plan, and execute campaigns improving brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Track and measure metrics providing reports for all campaigns and initiatives.
