Description
5years- Production efficiencies by ensuring machines produce at set speeds to targeted efficiencies or better
- Continuous Improvement in all production results through adequate and accurate administration
- Monitoring production quality to minimize customer complaints and rejects
- Manpower management to ensure a competent, satisfied labour force is available to meet the requirements and objectives of the shift
- Maintaining good Housekeeping and Safety standards
- Monitor potential problems with equipment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Electrical/ Mechanical preferably a Degree or equivalent
- Have 23 years experience in a technical supervisory position
- Minimum of 57 years experience in managing a diverse team in a FMCG production environment, includes experience in performance management and managing poor performance
- TQM Certificate or equivalent
- Computer Literacy, MS Office, Kronos and JDE
- Excellent knowledge of OHS Act
- A valid unendorsed Code EB or higher driver's license
