    Job Title: Application Support Manager

    The Application Support Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a 24/7 Application Support team that provides support to end-users of the company's suite of applications used for on-demand delivery process management.

    This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.

    The role collaborates closely with project teams and functional units to deliver application support and ensure smooth IT operations.
