Senior Payroll Assistant_


Job Overview


To oversee and process various monthly Time & attendance and Company data in a timely, and accurate manner in accordance with the payroll processing calendar for the Company's payroll(s).

To prepare and administer payroll-maintained fields on the payroll system as required.


Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly analyzing and reporting of CCMS timesheets.
  • Answering calls and responding to mails pertaining to Payroll and its function.
  • Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Finance/HR/Payroll/Administrative/Management Qualification (Essential)
  • 23 years Proven Payroll/Admin Experience
  • Intermediate MS Office Experience


  • Intermediate

  • Advanced Excel Experience
  • Previous Information Management Experience
  • Sage VIP experience
- (Essential)
