    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties to achieve optimal performance and satisfaction.
    2. Cultivate Relationships: Establish and grow relationships with property owners on behalf of the client.
    3. Performance Standards: Ensure Property Hosts maintain key performance standards at all times.
    4. Onsite Meetings: Conduct regular onsite meetings with Property Hosts at their respective properties.
    5. Training and SOPs: Train and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Property Hosts.
    6. Daily Support: Provide daily support and maintain clear communication with Property Hosts and Property Owners.
    7. Home Maintenance: Arrange, coordinate, and oversee home maintenance when required.
    8. Collaboration: Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with regional team members and upper management.
    9. Owner Statements: Scrutinize owner statements for approval before they are sent to owners.
    10. Frequent Travel: Frequent travel between worksites is required; a reliable car is essential.

     

    Requirements:

    1. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various hardware devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
    2. Availability: Must be available to work one weekend per month.
    3. Communication: Ability to communicate professionally across all forms of communication.
    4. Pressure Tolerance: Strong ability to work under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
    5. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, capable of adapting to frequent changes and interruptions.

    Salary: Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
