Membership Sales Representative - Lethabong - HR Genie

Purpose of the Job:

As a key member of the HR Genie team, the Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for selling memberships and marketing products, facilities, and services to meet specific monthly new member sales targets while supporting general member satisfaction and retention.

Key Performance Areas:

• Develop strong business-to-business and business-to-client interaction skills
• Plan and execute outreach events and promotions
• Identify and engage with prospects to schedule appointments
• Present HR Genie's services and offerings to potential clients
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Perform basic sales-related administration tasks
• Deliver exceptional member service and support member retention efforts

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Health & Fitness or Hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work retail hours and have reliable transportation
• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
