**Workshop Foreman/King Williamstown Position Overview**

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in vehicle service and repair maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of workshop personnel, including mechanics, technicians, and apprentices.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance on technical problems.
• Ensure proper training and development of workshop staff.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for repairs, maintenance, and service jobs.
• Maintain records of work done, parts used, and time spent on repairs.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Inventory and Equipment Management:

• Monitor and maintain workshop inventory, including spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and serviced regularly.
• Order new parts and tools as needed, ensuring stock levels are kept within required limits.

Customer Service:

• Liaise with customers regarding job progress, technical issues, and repair completion.
• Provide clear reports and updates on job status, costs, and timelines to management and clients.

**Requirements:**
Qualified Technician (Trade Test to be submitted with application)
5+ Post qualification experience
Valid Code 08 Drivers License
Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment
Professional and technical expertise in vehicle service and repair maintenance
Knowledge of dealerships policies and procedures
Knowledge of service core processes
Computer Literacy
Administration duties related to dealership environment
