    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
    Job Duties
    Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, storing, and organizing goods.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
    Order Processing and Fulfillment:
    • Receive and process incoming orders, both manually and electronically.
    • Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling items.
    • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
    • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.
    Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain documentation related to shipments, inventory, and warehouse operations.
    • Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics.
    Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a point of contact between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
    • Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
    • Relay important information to warehouse staff regarding safety protocols, operational changes, or company policies.
    Quality Control and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality or safety concerns.
    • Monitor product quality during receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
    • Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
