    Description:
    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a warm welcome to visitors, manage switchboard operations, and handle various administrative tasks.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Welcome visitors in a professional manner.
    • Schedule appointments efficiently.
    • Contact newly referred clients for booking purposes.
    • Respond promptly to phone calls and inquiries.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
    • Effectively manage the switchboard.
    • Collect payments and issue invoices as needed.
    • Handle claim queries professionally.
    • Manage petty cash for the branch.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
    • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, etc.


    Requirements:
    • Matric certificate and relevant qualification are mandatory.
    • Prior experience in reception and administration is essential.
    • A background in accounts would be advantageous.
    • Experience with Elixir Software is beneficial.
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
    • A friendly, presentable, confident, and professional attitude is crucial.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are vital.
