    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will assist the store manager with stock take and administration, monitoring and analysing stock movement, and implementing risk management procedures to mitigate losses and shrinkage.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with stock takes and store administration
    • Monitoring and analysing stock movement
    • Implementing risk management procedures
    • Ensuring compliance with administration systems and reporting procedures
    • Extracting store reports for analysis
    • Presenting information to the store manager
    • Organising and maintaining in-store filing systems
    • Controlling cash and transactional activities
    • Upholding safety and security procedures
    • Processing customer transactions
    • Identifying customer needs and establishing loyalty
    • Improving customer experience and satisfaction
    • Adhering to visual merchandising principles
    • Developing selling skills and product knowledge
    • Working within a team to meet sales targets

    Qualifications include a Grade 12 qualification and a minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience.

    Skills required include an interest in fashion, good administration ability, excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and a preference for working in admin.
