To develop and oversee the project management office (PMO) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects by defining and validating the PMO's strategy and objectives.
In addition to overseeing the governance of client project delivery, the PMO Manager also offers support in Business Development and operations for both strategic and operational proposals.
