JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure an effective day-to-day carrying out of Human Capital management activities and overall support to allocated sites/business units of responsibility as well as the implementation of the organizational Human Capital strategic & operational goals and initiatives.

The role formulates partnerships to deliver general Human Capital value-added service to management and employees, that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Additionally, the role reviews and administers all Human Capital related policies and procedures, to ensure that TAP employs HC best practices and compliance with labour legislation.
