    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and distribute purchase orders from delivery notes.
    • Capture Customer shorts and distribute report.
    • Capturing and printing of staff sales.
    • Gather information and document retrieval of vendor packs for Financial Manager.
    • Capturing sales orders to process to Accounts Receivable invoice.
    • Monitoring stock levels for invoice.

    Additional administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements

    • Excellent Excel skills are essential.
    • Tertiary qualification and SAP experience are advantageous.

    The estimated salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $70,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

    About the Role

    This administration position plays a crucial role in ensuring that accurate information is shared with relevant teams, enabling them to plan effectively. Inaccuracy can result in financial losses, wasted time, and reputational damage.

    As an administrator, you will be responsible for creating and distributing purchase orders, capturing customer data, and monitoring stock levels. You will also provide backup support to the Receptionist and Sales Administrators as needed.
