    Position:

    Intervention Pharmacist

    Position Purpose:

    Implementation of Aid for AIDS Clinical Guidelines for Medical Schemes and Corporate Clients

    Experience:

    Two to three (2-3) years experience in HIV/AIDS Disease Management or Managed Health Care

    Qualifications:

    BPharm and registered with the relevant health professions council.

    Operating Model:
    -Accurately assess medicine benefit forms and process according to clinical guidelines
    -Assess pharmaceutical updates according to procedure and intervene where applicable
    -Correctly maintain and update patient profiles
    -Ensure treatment plans are technically accurate and communicated with patients and doctors
