Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in logistics and supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make sound decisions under pressure.
Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams, suppliers, and customers.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Order Fulfillment and Shipment:
Process and prioritize incoming orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with teams to ensure the accurate loading of shipments.
Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and track shipments to their destinations.
Address and resolve any shipment discrepancies, delays, or issues in a timely manner.


Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory, optimizing.
Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory to meet demand.


Supply Chain Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and streamline operations for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Analyze transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize transportation costs and lead times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.


Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay updated on international regulations, and requirements to facilitate smooth shipments.


Communication and Coordination:

Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments to optimize delivery timelines.
Act as a point of contact for customers and address inquiries or concerns related to shipments and deliveries.


Problem Solving:

Proactively identify potential logistics challenges and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Handle unexpected issues such as delays, damages, or changes in shipment plans with professionalism and efficiency.
