Description
A growing stock distribution company is seeking a new export assistant.With national representation and a presence in Southern Africa, and currently expanding into Sub-Saharan Africa, this dynamic company is looking for an experienced and energetic person to assist with below tasks:
- Administrating the export of stock into African countries. Dealing directly with the customers, clearing agents, and warehouses to ensure the stock is exported.
- Respond to international customer queries and keep customers up to date with the progress of their orders.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Reconcile supplier accounts.
- Assist with proof of deliveries for all company deliveries.
- Assist with various reconciliations.
Experience required:
- Administrative experience.
- Creditor and or export experience would be beneficial.
- Pastel / Sage Evolution experience would be beneficial.
Location - Big Bay
Package offered:
- R8 000, negotiable
- The company offers an optional medical aid and pension fund.
