Quality Assurer Komati Power Station immediate to November 2023 Matric (Grade 12) or Equivalent, 3 year Diploma Quality Qualification Advantageous Certification/Diploma in Auditing HIGHLY advantageous Experience in a Power Station or Knowledge thereof,

Knowledge - Business Management system (9001), Business Management AUDITING, Document Management, Configuration Management, Process Development & Maintenance, Skills - Computer Literacy, Co-ordinating, Presentations, Problem Solving, Communication (Interpersonal, Verbal and Technical Writing), Leadership and Information Management

Development, Implementation, Coordination and Continual Improvement of the requirements and artefacts, including Documentation of the Quality Management System
Fulfilling the Role of Quality Coordinator and Liaison of the Quality Management System in Collaboration with the Relevant Stakeholders
Inable Integration and interfaces with other processes and systems that affect or are affected by our processes
Define Key Performance Indicators and Monitor, Measure and Manage Quality Management Systems Performance
Develop, Consolidate and Communicate all Relevant Reports in respect of the Management Systems Performance
Perform Auditing Duties
Amend, Document and Record Changes to Operational Processes and process documentation within the Quality Management Framework in order to ensure a clear Audit Trail
Coordinate the Internal Audit Programme
Managing Audit Findings and Non-Conformances
Conduct Presentations/Training on Quality Management Systems
Check that ALL QA and QC Documentation is updated and fit for purpose
Analyse, Trend and Report an Quality Related Deficiencies
Provide Advise with regards to Rules, Regulations and Code Requirements
Communicate, Recognize and Promote the Management System including ALL changes and improvements
Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, standards and policies
Review existing and/or compile new procedures w.r.t. the permanent resolution of nonconformances.
Resolve recurring nonconformances.
Ensure sustainability of corrective actions.
Assist with the resolution of repeated technical and/or qualityrelated transgressions.
Review of existing and/or compilation of new procedures, taking into account Eskom standards/procedures to align with "global best practices".
Involvement in the selection and approval of Suppliers
Develop measurements to monitor effectiveness of improvement activities.
Participate in investigations. Investigations must be based on factual information (e.g. physical evidence, engineering calculations, laboratory results, documentary support, and witness testimonies), i.e. rumours, speculation and personal vendettas may not be included in any way whatsoever.
