- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Visits: Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with queries related to products, pricing, and availability.
- Sales & Budget Forecasts: Provide sales and budget forecasts to support business growth.
- New Account Opening: Open new accounts and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Achieving Targets: Achieve monthly targets and consistently meet or exceed sales performance expectations.
- Syspro Experience: Must have experience with Syspro software.
- Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years' sales experience in the Steel & Tube / Hardware / Fluid control industry preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong sales skills, product knowledge can be taught.
- Sales Process Understanding: Understand the sales process and dynamics.
- Customer Service: Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Work Environment: Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
