    About the Role

    To provide investment support to post-investment associates by analyzing deals and ensuring financial models are appropriate for seamless revenue collection.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive financial analysis using approved financial modeling for existing portfolio companies;
    • Analyze, compile, and report on market information on a deal-by-deal basis;
    • Contribute to business development strategies for portfolio companies when required;
    • Develop knowledge of corporate finance, private equity macro environment, sector, and specific transactions to support the team in identifying mitigation measures for key risk issues;
    • Participate in due diligence exercises for additional funding or restructuring;
    • Provide commentary on innovative finance and legal structures for investment deals;
    • Analyze financial information to determine commercial viability of portfolio companies;
    • Consider economic implications affecting portfolio company performance;
    • Analyze equity valuations semi-annually;
    • Conduct annual site visits to investee portfolio companies;
    • Identify potential areas of defaulting clients early on.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Graduate degree - minimum B.Com. (Business and Finance, Accounting).

    Experience / Skills Required

    • Generalist with experience in corporate finance and private equity;
    • Proficient in PC literacy and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and projection work;
    • Strong project management and corporate finance/venture capital experience (minimum 5 years);
    • 2-5 years of financial analysis experience.
