  • Lead a team in a highend restaurant seating up to 250 guests, serving delicious breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and refreshing drinks.

  • Craft unforgettable dining experiences in a charming outdoor setting.

Requirements:


  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have at least
    2 to 3 years of management experience in a fastpaced highend restaurant, with a guest seating of 250 and above
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of POS software such as
    Pilot for cashups, dayend, and monthend procedures.
  • Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and off days as per roster.
  • Provide recent contactable references.
  • Experience in coordinating all restaurant operations.
  • Commit to a permanent position and be available to start immediately.
  • Embrace the fastpaced environment, maintaining fitness to keep up with the demands of the role.
  • Handle customer concerns graciously, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Duties include:


  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervising and training staff to maintain restaurant standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory levels and optimizing stock control procedures.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
  • Assisting in marketing and promotional activities.
