- Enjoy daytime hours with operational hours from 09:00 to 17:00, leaving your evenings free
- Lead a team in a highend restaurant seating up to 250 guests, serving delicious breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and refreshing drinks.
- Be part of a bustling restaurant open every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays.
- Craft unforgettable dining experiences in a charming outdoor setting.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have at least
2 to 3 years of management experience in a fastpaced highend restaurant, with a guest seating of 250 and above - Demonstrate proficiency in the use of POS software such as
Pilot for cashups, dayend, and monthend procedures. - Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and off days as per roster.
- Provide recent contactable references.
- Experience in coordinating all restaurant operations.
- Commit to a permanent position and be available to start immediately.
- Embrace the fastpaced environment, maintaining fitness to keep up with the demands of the role.
- Handle customer concerns graciously, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Duties include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervising and training staff to maintain restaurant standards and guest satisfaction.
- Managing inventory levels and optimizing stock control procedures.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities.
