, you will be responsible for controlling the receipt of finished goods and raw materials as well as being able to operate in high-demand areas. Matric Certificate and Diploma in Warehouse or Inventory with

SAP Experience & Qualification is essential.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate with a Warehouse or Inventory Diploma
Hazchem and FLT license will be beneficial

SAP experience, non-negotiable:

Computer literate (Word, Excel & Outlook)
4 years' experience in a similar environment

Main Outputs

Dispatch:

Ensure all vehicles are Haz compliance checked before loading
Handle and manage outgoing goods and materials dispatched
Perform and execute loading and packing of goods to Toller's/Depots/Suppliers and Customers
Inspect and verify the condition of goods dispatched
Count and verify dispatched goods
Reconcile goods dispatched against picking slips/delivery notes/ transfer documents (All SAP Transactional Documents)
Communicate discrepancies in goods to the Supervisor or Manager
Ensure that all necessary documents are endorsed if any discrepancies
Do random weighing of pallets on the scale provided to check if the tonnage is correct
Do quality inspections on goods
Do check on all pickings picked by FLT operators, before handing them back to the office for processing
Ensure all discrepancies with pickings are resolved before clients arrive
Drive the Forklift to assist in putting away a load of vehicles

General Duties:

Assist with monthend stock take & weekly cycle counts
Assist with Shelf Life and Warehouse Utilisation reports done weekly
Assist with order preparation
Assist with offloading
Maintain housekeeping standards
Ensure all PPE requirements are adhered to at all times, for clients visiting, oneself and fellow team players
Assist with labeling
