PyraLink Aerospace is a South African Rocket Propulsion Start-up. Manufacturer of SA made rocket engines and Launch Services provider for National Security satellites. HUMAN CAPITAL COORDINATOR

As a Human Capital Coordinator, you will Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program and support new employees' transition into PyraLink Aerospace, be responsible for crucial services for the full employee life cycle.

This position will assist with employee onboarding, administration, communications, and outbound marketing and to implement both local and company-wide space activities.

Success in this role requires superior interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a space startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program and support new employees' transition into PyraLink Aerospace.
Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, screen, and delegate incoming calls, and provide other general assistance as required.
Assist with the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes.
Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Provide project management and maintain momentum on highpriority projects, including but not limited to, staffing and resource planning, onboarding new members, space planning, and strategy development for efficiencies among teams.
Organize and set up Regional Rocket Championship events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in communications or Grade 12

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Strong computer literacy
Ability to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and following up with Space industry stakeholders appropriately.
Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication.
Initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to travel to Rocket Launch Sites, National Space Conferences, and business development meetings.
Must be able to work on weekends as needed.
Ability to pass SA Air Force background checks for Air Force Base Overberg (AFBO)
