Job Description:

Stakeholder Management,:
Develop and maintain working relationships with regional and national internal stakeholders within ROA to ensure a seamless delivery to the front line in terms of operational sales support, risk and compliance management | Sales : Translate National Sales Support strategy into meaningful operational targets and

strategic focus areas for the Sales Support function within the region to enhance

customer experience through managing turnaround times of team and delivery of

regional operations stakeholders | Risk and Control : Mitigation of Risk to the Bank,

Responsible to assist the Coverage Support Managers with complex client

solutions, so that execution of the solution is legally and from a policy point of

view in order and enforceable.
