• Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Proficiency in Windows Operating System
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals) is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices is desirable
• Limited programming skill/ability
• Key Responsibilities:
