Description

Objectives:

to support the Marketing Manager, Sales and After Sales Teams in the production and distribution of all marketing and sales support material as well as the maintenance of all digital media (e-business solutions, websites etc) for all group brands in South Africa.

Duties:

Plan and coordinate the preparation and supply of all marketing and sales support material utilising appropriate group resources. Includes Media (print, digital and social), PR, Shop Profiling, POS, Catalogues, Sales Promotion material, Web sites etc
Deliver agreed material on time
Prepare all necessary product launch material when required
Update communication media such as newsletters, websites, databases and market intelligence files to ensure all departments are kept up to date
Manage and maintain ecommerce platform, including campaigns, product listing, order management and analytics
Administration of planned marketing activities to coordinate the execution of printing, brochure distribution or other elements which require processing of information
Oversee all aspects of marketing stock
Assist in the management of outsourced projects
Coordinate and assist with visual displays at shows, exhibitions and events where necessary

Qualifications and Experience:

A tertiary qualification in marketing
Diploma or Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing environment
Minimum of 2 years experience with social and digital media, including ecommerce management, the creation, implementation and analysis of social media campaigns
