Core Description
To provide accurate information on configurations and their documentation to support all the other Service Management processes Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

Verify Quality of Information in CMDB
Interface with Change Management for completion of activities
Escalate Inconsistencies in CMDB and provided system information
Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB
Populate CMDB database from supplied information
Compile Recon Reports
Verify Quality of Information in the CMDB
Participate in The RFC Approval Process for new proposals
Interface with Process Owners and technical support teams
Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB

1 to 2 years' experience in Configuration Management Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control 0 Level of Engagement Engagement will all levels up to Senior Management level within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
