We are looking for a young and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a

Junior Internal Recruitment Specialist. This inidvidual will be assisting a Recruitment Specialist with all tasks related to the recruitment process.


Job description:


  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing/sharing adverts on a wide range of media.
  • Conduct reference checks on applicants and checking the suitability of applicants.
  • Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
  • Conduct background Checks (ITC, Crim, Drivers, Fingerprint, Qualifications, Matric etc.)
  • Working towards and exceeding monthly targets.

Requirements:


  • Matric (tertiary education beneficial but not essential).
  • Previous experience beneficial (admin, HR, sales).
  • Computer literate and tech savvy.
  • Detailoriented, focused, innovative and punctual.
  • Extroverted: people's person.
  • Available to start on short notice.
