- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality
- Perform routine maintenance and clean machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good mathematical and measuring skills
- Strong attention to detail
