    Description

    PowerApps Developer

    We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to join our global tech firm on a contract basis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Application Development:
      • Design and build custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, and Dataverse.
      • Develop data models and integrate Power Apps with various data sources such as SAP and SQL or third-party APIs.
      • Implement responsive designs that provide an optimal user experience across devices.
    2. Automation and Workflows:
      • Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate / Flow to streamline business processes.
      • Ensure workflows integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft tools, such as Teams and Outlook.
    3. Data Visualisation:
      • Build and customise interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
    4. Collaboration and Support:
      • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide technical solutions.
      • Provide training and documentation to end-users.
    5. Best Practices:
      • Follow Microsoft Power Platform development standards and best practices.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and technologies.
    6. Qualifications:

    Requirements:

      • Proven experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
      • Proficiency in Power Automate for creating workflows and automation.
      • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration (e.g., Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint).
      • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tools.
      • Basic knowledge of Power BI for creating visual reports and dashboards.
      • Experience with formulas, expressions, and customization in Power Platform.
      • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

      • Microsoft Power Platform or related certifications.
      • Experience with Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
      • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or .NET.
      • Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

    Soft Skills:

      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
